Ashuganj Power Station Company Limited (APSCL), one of Bangladesh’s leading power generation companies, is inviting applications from eligible Bangladeshi citizens for the following positions:

Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) – 7 vacancies
Assistant Engineer (Electrical) – 7 vacancies

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognized university.
Essential Skills: Proficiency in Bangla and English languages, computer proficiency, and leadership qualities.
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years as of 15th June 2024 (Relaxation for Freedom Fighters’ children and physically challenged candidates – maximum 32 years).

Benefits:

Competitive salary package with benefits including power station allowance, accommodation (subject to availability), house rent allowance, two festival allowances, new year allowance, medical facilities (reimbursement), education allowance, and other benefits as per company policy.
Initial appointment will be as a probationer for 1 year, extendable to 3 years based on satisfactory performance. Contract renewal will be done every 3 years after a performance evaluation.
Retirement age: 60 years.
