About the Role
BRAC Bank is seeking an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Corporate Banking Division: Associate Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager- Digital Solution, Transaction Banking.
Job Description
- Lead and enhance the adoption of BRAC Bank’s digital platforms within the Corporate Banking sector.
- Drive the growth of digital platform onboarding, targeting both new and existing clients.
- Engage clients to transition their transaction needs to BRAC Bank’s efficient digital channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring smooth onboarding processes and continuous updates on new offerings.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and monitor business metrics to scale up digital sales effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record.
- Candidates with a background in relevant sectors such as NBFI, Telco, MFS, and digital startups are preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to nurture professional relationships.
- Deep knowledge of digital banking platforms and a passion for digital transformation.
- Self-driven, customer-focused, and able to work collaboratively to meet tight deadlines.
