About DSE:

Established in 1954, the leading Stock Exchange in Bangladesh.
Provides an automated trading system for easier investment decisions.
Self-regulated, private sector entity under the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).

Job Summary:

DSE is searching for a qualified and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the Exchange. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in the capital market, experience with market products, governance, and technology.

Qualification & Experience:

Education:
- Master’s degree in Business or Economics with 15+ years of management experience in a capital market institution, local/international financial institution, or MNC.
Professional designations: CFA, CA, CMA, CPA (considered additional qualifications).

Compensation & Contract:

Competitive compensation package offered.
Contractual position, term not exceeding 3 years (renewable based on performance).
